Section 10(1) in The M.P. Electricity (Supply) Finance Rules, 1967
(1)Where stock is issued at a price lower than that at which it is to be redeemed; the difference between the price of issue and price of redemption shall for the purposes of these rules be treated as a loan repayable within the period expiring on the earliest date on which the said stock may be redeemed.
