Section 11(2) in The Punjab Motor Spirit (Taxation of Sales) Act, 1939
(2)All warrants issued under this section shall be executed in accordance with provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, (1898 V of 1898) by the Police Officer or if the Officer issuing the warrant deems fit by any other person.
