Section 332(4) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(4)Whoever contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) or omits to comply with the terms of a notice under sub-section (2) shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees and in case of a continuing contravention or omission with a further fine which [shall be according to Schedule-II] [Substituted 'may extend to fifty rupees' by C.G. Act No. 18 of 2012, dated 1.8.2012.] for every day after the first during which are contravention or omission continues.
