Section 9A(d) in The Art Silk Textiles (Production and Distribution) Control Order, 1962
(d)no person shall alter or deface or cause or permit to be altered or defaced any marking made on any such art silk cloth or art silk yarn held by him otherwise than for his benefits or personal requirements.
