Section 28(4) in U.P. Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Rules, 2016
(4)If any person has any objection to the information published regarding the clinical establishment they shall give in writing the reasons and evidence of objection or non-compliance to the Authority. the Authority shall, within a period of 15 days cause to be published in the public domain the name of the Clinical Establishment whose (Provisional or Permanent) registration has expired as under section 21 and section 30 of the Act.
