368. Signature on notices, etc., may be stamped.
(1)Every licence, written permission, notice, bill, schedule summons, warrant or other document which is required by this Act or by any rule or bye-law made thereunder to bear the signature of any municipal officer, shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears a facsimile of the signature of such municipal officer stamped thereupon.(2)Nothing in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to apply to a cheque drawn upon the municipal fund or to any deed of contract.
