Section 15(1) in Tamil Nadu Business Facilitation Act, 2018
(1)The Government shall, by notification, constitute a State Single Window Committee with the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Guidance as the Chairman, Executive Director, Guidance as the Member Convener, the Competent Authorities concerned and not exceeding two persons from Trade Associations, Chambers of Commerce and Technical Experts, as members as may be prescribed.
