Section 7(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2014
(1)The Government shall within a period of six months from the date of the commencement of this Act, by notification in the Government Gazette, constitute for each district a Tribunal for the purpose of adjudicating and deciding upon the order for maintenance under section 5.
