Section 4(1) in Himalayan Garhwal University Act, 2016
(1)Where the state Government, after such inquiry is satisfied that promoting Trust, has fulfilled the all conditions, norms and requirements for establishment of Himalayan Garhwal University, hence a University to be known as Himalayan Garhwal University is hereby established in the state of Uttarakhand.
