ORDER
1. The State Pollution Control Board has filed a report dated 02.12.2022 in which they have stated that the unit is not in operation. However, the air control measures are in operable condition and the unit is also not using the banned chemical.
2. At the request of the learned counsel appearing for the 8th respondent for filing his counter, post the matter on 15.12.2022.
