Section 129(3) in The Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994
(3)Whoever, in contravention of the provisions of this section, uses or employs any whistle, trumpet or other contrivance, shall be punishable with a fine which may extend to fifty rupees, and with a further fine which may extend to five rupees for everyday during which the offence is continued.
