- The election of members to the Senate 29. [****] [Omitted 'the Syndicate' by Act No. 14 of 2001.] and other bodies of the University shall be held in accordance with the systems of proportional representation by means of single transferable vote and in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the Statutes, and the voting at such election shall be by secret ballot.
