97. Contribution by Municipal Council or Nagar Panchayat.
- The Municipal Council or the Nagar Panchayat as the case may be, shall make such contribution towards leave, allowances, pension and provident fund of the Executive Officer, as may be required by the conditions of his service under the Government.
