Section 4(8) in Rajasthan Public Parks Rules, 1959
(8)If and when required whole or a portion of the park or any playground or building attached to the park may be reserved by the Superintendent and notice for such reservation shall be posted in such conspicuous manner as the Superintendent may deem best, to give information to the public visiting the park.
