Section 64(4) in The Delhi Land Reforms Rules, 1954
(4)If changes have occurred in a village of which the boundaries are fixed, the total area will not be altered and the only result of annual survey will be an alteration of the areas of some of the holdings affected. If changes have occurred in a village in which the deep stream rule is in force, the total area of the village will be changed as well as the area of one or more holdings affected.B.
