Section 17 in Sikkim Interpretation and General Clauses Act, 1977
17. Deviation from forms.
- Save as otherwise expressly provided by any Sikkim law, wherever a form is prescribed by any Sikkim law, any deviation there from, not affecting the substance or calculated to mislead, shall not invalidate it.
