Section 9(a) in Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Tamil Nadu, Employees Conduct Statutes
(a)No employee shall, except with the previous sanction of the University, own wholly or in part, conduct or participate in the editing or management of any newspaper or other periodical publication;
