Section 19(2) in The West Bengal Valuation Board Act, 1978
(2)The Board shall calculate the amount payable by the Corporation, [the Municipality or the local authority] [Words Substituted for the words 'the Commissioners of a municipality or the local authority,' by W.B. Act 16 of 1995.] under sub-section (1) and may require the concerned body to pay the amount withing such time as may be prescribed.
