Section 6(ii) in Rules for Rate Contract with Small Scale Industries of Orissa registered with the Directorate of EP&M, Orissa
(ii)The goods being manufactured by the registered small scale industries shall be subjected to an annual testing by the Directorate on the authorisation of the Director to ensure quality. The SSI units shall not be charged with any testing fee for such annual tests.
