Section 34(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipal Tramways (Construction, Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2008
(1)The Safety Commissioner shall prepare, in such form and in such time, for each financial year, as may be prescribed, an annual report giving a full account of its activities during the previous financial year.
