Section 136(ii) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957
(ii)If a deed of transfer by sale, gift or mortgage does not specifically mention that share of Shamlat is transferred with the land, it should be presumed that the Shamlat is not transferred.
