109. Publication of final assessment list.
(1)The Corporation shall publish a final assessment list after hearing and determination of all objections thereto in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter and shall give a public notice of such publication.(2)The final assessment list shall take effect from the beginning of the quarter of a year immediately following its publication.
