Section 2(1)(h) in Andhra Pradesh Disaster Management Rules, 2007

(h)"Member" means the Member of the State Authority nominated under Clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 14; or as the case may be of the District Authority prescribed/ appointed under subsection (2) of Section 25, of the Act.
