46. Submission of Returns.
- An employer shall furnish quarterly returns in Form-VI and biennial returns in Form -VII to the concerned Special Employment Exchanges. Quarterly returns shall be furnished within thirty days of the due dates, namely, 31st March, 30th June, 30th September and 31st December. Biennial return shall be furnished within thirty days of the due dates as notified in the official Gazette.
