Section 15(2) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001
(2)The Board shall, each year, prepare a list of the employees in its service showing their names in the order of their seniority containing such other particulars as the Chairman may determine and a copy of such list shall be made available to each employee.
