FACTS
Heard today dated 29.1.2013. Appellant not present. NTPC is represented by Shri P. K. Yadav, Addl. GM (CPIO).
2. It is noticed that vide RTI application dated 17.5.2012, the appellant had sought information on a number of paras about Simhadri Super Thermal Power Station, Paravada, including the Citizen's Charter of the Company. Shri Yadav submits that para-wise information was provided to the appellant vide letter dated 13.8.2012. The said letter is perused.
3. It appears to me that the CPIO has provided para-wise information to the appellant. The appeal is misconceived. Dismissed.
