Section 8(1) in Uttarakhand Value Added Tax Rules, 2005
(1)The dealer or person who is required to obtain registration shall furnish along with the Application for Registration satisfactory proof of deposit of a fee of rupees one thousand:Provided that the dealer who is already registered, his registration shall remain in force without depositing any additional registration fees, till he continues to be liable to registration under the Act.
