Section 4(1) in The Lady Hardinge Medical College and Hospital (Acquisition) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1977
(1)The Central Government shall give, in cash, to the Treasurer an amount equivalent to the sum of rupees one lakh for the transfer to, and vesting in, the Central Government, under section 3, of the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Hospital.
