Section 34(2) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Mundkars (Protection from Eviction) Act, 1975
(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 every offence under this Act shall be cognizable and such offence may, with the permission of the Court be compounded.
