9. Legal practitioner not to appear.

- No party to any proceeding under this Act shall be entitled to be represented by a legal practitioner.Explanation. - In this section, "legal practitioner" shall have the meaning assigned to it in section 2 of the Advocates Act, 1961 (Central Act 25 of 1961).
