Section 18(3) in The Rajasthan Minimum Wages Rules, 1959
(3)A summon under this rule may be served :-(i)in the case of an individual by being delivered or sent to him by registered post;(ii)in the case of an employers organisation or a registered trade union of workers by being delivered or sent by registered post to the Secretary or other principal officer of the organisation or union, as the case may be.
