Section 27(j) in Andhra Pradesh Public Libraries Act, 1960
(j)any second or subsequent edition of a book in which edition no additions or alterations either in the letterpress or the maps, book prints or other engravings belonging to the book have been made, and three copies of the first or some preceeding editions of which books have been delivered under this Act or;"
