Section 7(1) in The Maharashtra Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Act, 2009
(1)The State Government may, by publication of notification in the Official Gazette, appoint persons possessing the prescribed qualifications, to be the Seed Inspectors and specify the local areas within which they shall exercise jurisdiction.
