Section 16(3) in The Rajasthan State and Subordinate Service (Direct Recruitment by Combined Competitive Examination) Rules, 1962
(3)If as a result of such rectification the Commission discovers that the candidate becomes eligible for selection, such fact shall be immediately and in any case not later than 40 days from the announcement of the result reposted to the Government and to that extent the recommendation of the Commission made under rule 15 shall stand protanto modified."
