Section 15 in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
15. Committee. -
Every authority [of the University] [Words within square brackets inserted by W. B. Act 31 of 1981.] shall have the power to appoint committees which may, unless otherwise provided in this Act or Statutes, consist of [such] [Word substituted by W. B. Act 31 of 1981.] members of the authority and [such] [Word substituted by W. B. Act 31 of 1981.] other persons, if any, as it may think fit.
