Section 15(1) in Andhra Pradesh Brewery Rules, 2006
(1)The licensee shall submit an application in Form-B4 to the Commissioner through the Assistant Commissioner (Distilleries) duly affixed with Court fee stamp of requisite value as per the provisions of Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and shall enclose with ten copies of each variety of label sought to be approved.
