State of Tamilnadu - Subsection

Section 26(1)(i) in The Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Societies Act, 1983

(i)in the case of an equality of votes at an election or in a meeting called under clause (a) of sub-section (4) of Section 32 or item (ii) of clause (e) of subsection (2) of section 81, the choice or the decision, as the case may be, shall be by casting lots;
