(l)"Disciplinary Authority" means -(i)Chairperson, Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission in respect of all Group A posts; and(ii)Secretary of the Commission in respect of all Group [B, C and D] [Substituted by Notification No. F.1/Estt/DERC/2001-02 dated 16th April, 2001] posts;
