Section 2(iii) in Jharkhand University of Technology Act, 2011
(iii)"Principal" means the Head of the College, by whatever name called, and includes where there is no Principal, a person for the time being duly appointed, to act as Principal and in the absence of the Principal or the acting Principal, the vice Principal duly appointed as such;
