(2)If the application received under rule 6 is found in order and it does not pertain to a transport vehicle the licensing authority shall forward a copy thereof each to the following authorities having jurisdiction in the area where the place for which the licence is to be granted is situated for obtaining their report :-(i)The Superintendent of Police.(ii)The Executive Engineer, Public Works Department (Building and Roads); and(iii)The Executive Engineer, Public Works Department (Public Health).
