Section 2(f) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990
(f)"Student" means a person who is enrolled in any college or school or any other institution recognised by the University, for receiving instruction or for qualifying himself for any degree, diploma, certificate or other academic distinction conferred by the University;
