Section 35C(1) in The Bombay Money Lenders Act, 1946
(1)The Registrar may, either before or after the institution of proceedings for any offence punishable under section 34 for contravening the provisions of section 18 or section 19, accept from any person charged with such offence by way of composition of the offence a sum not exceeding fifty rupees.
