Section 24(1) in The M.P. Rajya Pashudhan Evam Kukkut Vikas Nigam Adhiniyam, 1982
(1)The Board shall cause the books and accounts of the Nigam to be balanced and closed as on the [thirty-first day of March] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 22 of 1989.] each year.
