Section 10(1) in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Ex-Members and Family Pensioners (Medical Facilities) Rules, 2010
(1)All Cooperative Medical Stores organised and run by Rajasthan Sahakari. Upbhokta Bhandar shall be authorised shops for supply of medicines to the ex-members on the basis of prescription by authorized medical attendant under these rules.
