Section 3 in The West Bengal Alienation Of Land (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1954.

3. Act to override other law, etc. -

The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other law for the time being in force:Provided that nothing in this Act shall apply to any land which is evacuee property under section 3 of the West Bengal Evacuee Property Act, 1951.
