Section 38(2)(a) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1997

(a)Subject to the provision of sub-section (4), the Chairman of a market committee or the.person authorised by the Board in this behalf, may for reasons to be recorded in writing, suspend a licence for a period not exceeding one month for any reason for which a market committee or the person authorised by the Board in this behalf may suspend a license under sub-section (1);
