Section 9(3) in The Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 2015
(3)Where an application is filed by any agent, documents authorizing him to act as agent shall also be appended to the application:Provided that where an application is filed by a legal practitioner, it shall be accompanied by a duly executed 'Vakalatnama'.
