ORDER
Background
1. The RTI Application dated 14.5..12 was filed by the Applicant with the PIO, O/o DCHFC Ltd seeking information related to some loan sanctioned to Jeevan Jyoti CGHS, Pitampura, New Delhi by the DCHFC Ltd and also to the disbursement of the loan. The PIO replied on 26.5.12 providing point wise information. Not satisfied with this reply the Applicant filed his first appeal on 7.6.12 which was disposed off by the Appellate Authority on 27.6.12 stating that he has examined the case and that the SPIO had already provided material information as available on record to the Applicant and that therefore no further action under RTI is required to be taken. The Applicant thereafter filed his second appeal before the Commission seeking the information once again.
Decision.
2. The Commission reviewed the information sought point wise and decided as given below:
Information against point A to D has already been provided by the PIO, and as admitted by the Appellant.
In points E to I and K, it is noted that the Appellant has simply made certain statements, expressing his grievance against the Corpn and has not sought any information from the records. Hence the Commission upholds the decision of the PIO against these points and holds that no further information is required to be furnished against these points.
In point "J" the Appellant sought copy of action taken by the Corporation in respect of recovery of loans, from the defaulter. It was noted from the PIO's reply that in response to this query a copy of show cause notice dated 13.2.1997 issued to the defaulter has already been furnished to the Appellant. Nevertheless a copy of show cause notice issued also on 21.12.1992 (as sought by the Appellant during the hearing) may be provided to the Appellant . Information to be provided within 3 weeks of receipt of this order.
3. The appeal is disposed off with the above directions.
