Section 15(a) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(a)The Compensation Officer shall not pass any orders in respect of entries in Z.A. Form [10-A or] [Added by Notification No. 9203(1)/I-A-463-1952, dated 11.02.1953.] 11 relating to waqfs, endowments or societies.
