Section 1 in The Meghalaya Employees' State Insurance Courts Rules, 1980
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the Meghalaya Employees' State Insurance Courts Rules, 1980.(2)They shall extend to the whole of the State of Assam.(3)They shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette appoint.
